The minimum term is 6 or 12 months, depending on the desired duration. After the minimum term you can cancel monthly. Cancellations to office@privatefitness.at After cancellation, access to the app and all of its content is terminated (as is coaching on my part), as I must then deactivate your app license. Neither you nor I will have access to the data and content. The coaching excludes individual nutritional advice and only provides the tools for nutrition such as recipe ideas. Please consult a doctor and have your health checked before we start. Your health is solely your responsibility. We are not liable for any injuries or health problems/damages that occur during or after the training or during our cooperation. This also applies to consequential damages. - Cancellation and liability for personal training session
Up to 24 hours before the start of the training, the cancellation is free of charge. If the cancellation takes place later, the customer will be responsible for the full amount of the service. Disclaimer
Because your health is very important to me, I recommend that you visit a trusted doctor regularly and also before our 1st training to check your state of health. You are solely responsible for your health. For all injuries or health problems that occur during or after the training, no liability is assumed. This also applies to consequential damages.
